& SOUS VIDE
Our sous vide capability is arguably the most unique in the world. We have recently invested in a fully automated sous vide system, with capacity in excess of 200MT per week. Led by our consumer insight research we complement our sous vide cooking with natural smoking, flame grilling and frying. We sous vide a broad range of proteins, vegetables and grains.
Our team of pastry experts craft a range of fresh savoury pies, quiches, rolls and pasties perfect for any occasion.
WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
Our state-of-the-art facility located in Sydney’s western suburbs specialises in ready made meals. The site is over 10,000 sq metres with exceptional technical quality standards. We employ over 300 staff at this site, and we are in the process of extending this facility and it will be double in size by 2023.
Positioned conveniently in the south west suburb of Sydney, this is our flag ship sous vide facility. We have invested significantly in transforming this facility with unique infrastructure and capability in sous vide cooking. We also produce our quality soups and sauces at Greenacre. More than half of our people have a tenure of over 10 years.
Originally purchased as the Pitango facility we have transformed our Auckland facility to stretch capability beyond soup. We cook meats and ready meals and continue to invest in streamlining our operation to offer the NZ and export markets an array of quality convenient meal solutions.
